In lands both near and far,

Where dreams like stars do soar,

There lies a gift, a shining gem,

It's called the precious gift of freedom.

In hearts that beat with hope,

In souls that dare to cope,

There blooms a flower, bright and grand,

It's called the joy of freedom's hand.

Across the oceans wide,

Where birds in freedom glide,

There whispers wind, a gentle call,

It's freedom's song that echoes all.

No chains, no walls, no fear,

Just skies that stretch sincere,

In every step, in every dance,

Freedom's grace, a sweet romance.

So let us cherish, let us hold,

This treasure more than gold,

For in its light, we truly see,

The beauty of humanity.

  1. Mia, freedom is a very good topic. I like the way you read the poem. However, it seems you forgot to mark the section or sentences, words you revised or replaced. Good effort though.
